I've got the PCB board in route and while I wait, I've accumulated all the componats and have begun assembly on the chassis. As well, I've been searching online veiwning completed Princeton Reverb builds with turret boards. I'm just a little confused about a couple things. This is my 3rd amp build from scrach. 2 18w'ers before this.....so anyways, a couple questions stand out. The schematic attached here on this site for this build show the cap can, but the PCB board has 4- 20uF caps seprate, right? great. The schematic shows the ground switch, but the layout has deleted this and added a 2nd 1/2a slowblow fuse @ the standby switch. that's another question. the standby switch. The layout shows one, but the schematic does not......With the one pic I've seen on this site of a completed Princeton reverb in the testimonials, it only shows half of the completed chassis and it has an impendence switch which is not in the layout or the shematic. Now I understand the moodifications here, some of them anyways, but there is a bit of conflict for a new builder like myself. I'd appreciate anyone posting pics of the completed 60's Princeton. as many as possible. Not for me to copy, but to review and consider. To help me with these conflicts. The 1/2 pic in the testimonials noted above I sure would like to see what he's done with the switches and fuses. I was real bummed I couldn't see that entire build.
anyways, I appreciate any thoughts and of course as many pics as possible please.
Thx
Dave
