OK, so I fired up the Princeton, and have plenty of gain, but now I am concerned about the bias. With the bias pot at maximum negative voltage ( -25.53 volts ), and using a bias master to measure plate current, I get 41.5 MA !! at 366 plate voltage that's over 100 % plate dissipation !
Has anybody else had to change any bias resistor values to get it down ??
Any tips would be helpful.
Also, I have checked all the connections for the vibrato, and the footswitch changes the reading at the jack, but the opots have no effect and I get no vibrato
